BLUE OCEAN (Hosting)
Small-agency / managed hosting typically $899/yr standard or $2,910/yr fully managed (with only ~6 support hours included). Extra hours billed separately. Resource limits, overcrowding avoidance claims, yet still metered support and plan tiers. No public “unlimited everything forever” button. You outgrow the package → new invoice.

Business API is pure per-message. Marketing templates often $0.01–$0.14+ depending on country. Utility/Auth cheaper but still metered. Volume tiers exist but never become free.
